Support for the season between who she’s been—and who she’s becoming.

This isn’t about “fixing” her.

It’s about giving her a wise, confidential space to grow.

The Maiden Journey is a life coaching experience designed specifically for young women navigating independence, relationships, identity, and the pressure to figure it all out. This isn’t therapy. It’s not mentoring. It’s coaching—future-focused, strengths-based support that helps her become the best version of herself.

Whether she’s in college, launching her career, or in the in-between, this coaching partnership gives her the confidence to trust herself, the clarity to choose wisely, and the tools to build a life she’s proud of.

What We Work On:

  • Navigating friendships and boundaries

  • Recognizing red flags in dating and relationships

  • Building emotional regulation and resilience

  • Understanding ADHD and creating supportive systems

  • Managing school or work-related anxiety

  • Prioritizing her values—not just peer voices

  • Communicating with confidence and advocating for herself

  • Living fully in the present while planning for the future

She doesn’t have to navigate this chapter alone. This coaching experience becomes a sounding board, a strategist, and a trusted space to explore what kind of woman she wants to be—and how to build a life that reflects it. Let’s walk with her.

Your Investment:

We begin with a 3-month commitment to build trust and traction. After that, families can continue month-to-month.

$1,995 upfront for 3 months
→ then $595/month thereafter

Includes:

  • 2 coaching sessions per month held via Zoom

  • 45-day triad check-ins (coach, client, parent)

  • Personalized, values-based support

A Note for Parents:

This isn’t about stepping in. It’s about letting go well. This program is designed for your daughter—but we know you care deeply about how she’s doing.

As her coach, I prioritize a safe, confidential space where she can be honest, reflect, and grow. You’ll be invited into the process with a check-in call every 45 days, where we discuss overall themes, progress, and ways you can support her.

That said, nothing specific is ever shared without her consent. If she prefers to keep certain things private, we honor that. Building trust is essential—and respecting her boundaries is part of that growth.

Together, we help her lead her own life—with support that feels empowering, not intrusive.
