Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom. Please make sure that your Zoom is updated prior to the start of your session. Booking your coaching session during a time when you are able to speak without listening ears or interupption will produce the greatest outcome.

Cancellation Policies

Your coaching time has been reserved for you! Please be respectful and limit cancellations. Appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours in advance will incur the full session fee, except in the case of extreme emergencies. Frequent cancellations may result in dismissal.

Payment policies

At the end of your first coaching session we will work together to determine the coaching package that best suits your needs. For most clients that is either weekly or bi-weekly. We keep a card on file and bill you in advance of your monthly sessions.
